1. Please cancel/reschedule your appointment if you're having any symptoms of COVID-19 or other illnesses.

2. You must arrive with bare nails. I do not work over others work nor soak off others work.

3. Acrylic toe clients must arrive with CLEAN feet and bare nails. This is application only, a full pedicure will NOT be provided.

4. I do not work over nails that have open wounds, damage, or fungus.

5. NO FILLS, unless previously discussed.

6. Coupons and specials may not be applied for the Acrylic Toe and Nail Package Deal.

7. Please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

8.  For Complex Hand Drawings please contact me prior to booking and include a picture, if possible. For a further description of what a Complex Hand Drawing is considered as, please refer to the Booking Online Tab. 

9. No extra guests, unless also being serviced.

10. All deposits and services are non-refundable.

11. No calls, no shows will have their deposit forfeit.  You will be allowed to reschedule once. If you need to reschedule, please book the Reschedule Service.  In the instance that you do not show to your second appointment booked with RBA, you will need to book another nail appointment and pay a new deposit.

12. The allotted time for a service is only an estimate; thus, please book accordingly with buffer time. I will NOT be rushed.

13. You have a 10 minute grace period. Anything after 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied.

14. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

15. The address for your appointment will be provided to you via email.

15. Please pay remaining balance via cash, Apple Pay or Cash App.
