Reschedule Appointment
Please read policy prior to choosing this option.
Service Description
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so within 24 hours of the appointment's original scheduled time unless spoken about otherwise. If you have additional questions, please contact me via the chat box, via Instagram, or through the additional contact information provided within the email of your booking confirmation. If you did not appear to your original appointment time and date, please do not book this option and contact me.
Cancellation Policy
You must arrive with bare nails. If your set that is currently on was done by me, please let me know in advance so that I can advise you on how to arrive to your appointment so that we can successfully achieve your next set. To cancel or reschedule, you must do so within 24 hours of your scheduled date and time. Failing to do so will cause for you to incur a $50 fee. There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes there is a late fee of $10. If you are $15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled. Remainder balance must be paid in cash, Apple Pay, or Cash App. Please be courteous of my time and others, as I am altering my schedule to accommodate your request/desires for your special day.
